Diaper Rash

Diaper rash is, of course, the most common of baby problems and although thought of as a minor inconvenience it is actually very painful for the baby and worrying for the mother. Essential oils provide an easy solution to the problem. There are actually two combinations that work equally well – make your choice according to which oils you happen to have in the home:

Broken Capillaries

The very finest branches of the blood vessel system that serve the face can sometimes become broken. Usually the problem is concentrated on the cheeks or crease on the sides on the nose although the whole face can be affected.

Understanding Acne

Acne occurs when the oil (or sebaceous) glands under hair follicles, often on your face, neck, chest, or back, get plugged up, inflamed, or infected. Frequently the glands simply secrete too much of a thick waxy lubricant called sebum that keeps your skin healthy. This blocks the pores and creates a perfect breeding ground for bacteria. Follicles then get red and inflamed.

Relieving Sinusitis

Essential Oils To Avoid

There are a number of essential oils that are best to avoid using altogether. These oils can be toxic and have little value for the average person.

Cellulite Relieving Bath Salts

Then take a ‘skinny bath” in these salts that have been found to help relieve cellulite. Follow up the bath with an application of the oils blended in ½ ounce base oil to a particular area(s) where cellulite is a problem. Cypress oil is a good addition to this mixture.
