Herbal Tea For Tension Headache

Ginger decreases the production of pain-causing chemicals in the body. Chamomile and linden are mild relaxants that help ease emotional and physical tension

1 cup water

1 teaspoon fresh chopped ginger root

1 teaspoon dried chamomile

1 teaspoon dried linden

Simmer the ginger in water in a covered pot for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add chamomile and linden. Steep for 10 minutes. Strain and drink it hot.

    I get Migraines all the time and the home Remedy I’ve tried that works is you put about 6 oz of water in a coffee cup add a Green Tea tea bag make the green tea as usual I just stuck it in the Microwave to heat it up… then add 1 Tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar and 1 Tablespoon of Honey to it and drink up…. It works great!! It also works for Nausea!
