Peppermint Foot Freshener

You can spray this refreshing formula on your feet for a quick pick-me-up any time of the day or evening. It is especially refreshing during the hot summer months. Make this and keep it on hand to help your tired, sweaty, achy feet.

½ cup witch hazel

12 drops peppermint essential oil

Combine the ingredients and put the mixture in a decorative spray bottle, labeling it with instructions to shake before use.

This recipe can be substituted with eucalyptus for the peppermint, and isopropyl alcohol can be used in place of witch hazel. Be sure to follow with a moisturizer, as this will leave the feet feeling dry. Shelf life is 6-8 months.
