Essential Oils To Use At The Office

The most commonly reported symptoms in office environment are listed below with essential oils I recommend.

Lethargy – Eucalyptus, Lemon

Stuffy Nose – Tea Tree, Rosemary

Dry Throat – Lemon

Dry and itchy eyes – Tea Tree (this works best if put in a humidifier for obvious reasons)

Headaches – Lavender

Add a few drops neat to a cotton pad and place the pad on your desk. As you begin to smell the essential oils your symptoms will ease. Some of the symptoms have two essential oils listed. You can use one or both of the recommendations.

You can also use Lavender, Rosemary, Tea Tree, and Eucalyptus to clear bacteria and viruses out of the air. Take a spray bottle with you to work (clearly label it) and add witch hazel and essential oils to it and spray away. Clean off your desk and all the items on it, freshen the air, and lessen your chances of catching the cold or flu going around the office.
