Energy Drink
This drink will help with chronic fatigue as well as occasional fatigue.
½ apple
¼ cup blueberries
1 banana
1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
1 scoop non-GMO soy or whey protein powder
¼ scoop green powder
Wash and dry apple and blueberries. Peel the banana and place them in a blender with all the remaining ingredients. Blend well before drinking. Fresh juices are best consumed within 2 to 3 hours of preparation and should be refrigerated.
Bananas are rich in potassium, important for energy and muscle function. Blueberries are rich in antioxidants and are a brain tonic. Pineapple juice promotes optimal digestion. Protein powder provides sustained levels of energy, and the green powder is an important source of trace elements.
