Herbs have many wonderful uses and this Herbal Hair Rinse is a great example. To make it, boil four cups of water and steep 2 tablespoons of any of the following herbs or combination of them. Cover and let stand 30 minutes. Strain and use as a hair rinse. You can make this beforehand and keep it stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.

Use chamomile to lighten your hair and promote growth.

Use fennel to give your hair a good conditioning.

Use nettle leaves to treat dandruff.

Use parsley to clear up dandruff.

Use rosemary to darken your hair while giving it a wonderful fragrance.

Use sage to give your hair a good conditioning.

Use either rosemary (dark colored hair) or chamomile (light colored hair) to rinse the gray out.
